Availing Return & Replacement?
- Quite often, even after you have chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things that need to be repaired because of manufacturing defect, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty, will explain in plain terms how does our warranty policy works and how you can be using it when shopping with us!
- Our Return & Replacement is applicable only in case of Manufacturing Defect, Under these, all of the liability of us is limited to repair or if required then replacement & for more details refer conditions apply as below. Conditions Apply *
- Only Manufacturing defect is covered under this policy
- Customer has to pay shipping charges for sending products to us, in case of return & replacement.
- We should be informed about the manufacturing defect within 2 days from the date of product is received along with images of it.
- If we have to issue a refund then it will be in our virtual account & you can buy any other product of same price in next 3 months from us . For more details kindly contact us.
- These Limited Return & Replacement are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person or dealer.
- All the products & its accessories, package content, invoices & documents related to product should be returned to us & it should be unused.
- This service stands cancel if any of the above points are not fulfilled.
