How safe it is to place an order on www.epifany.in?

We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by CCAvenue.

Do I have to register to place an order?
No, We have guest login also, apart from registration.

How do I place an order?

  • Go onto www.epifany.in
  • Select a category * Choose the product of your choice
  • Select quantity, colour, size, plating (If available) and click on “add to cart”
  • Click on the shopping cart icon on the top right side of your page to be directed to your shopping cart
  • Click on check out after checking your purchase details
  • Carefully enter your shipping address and other required details
  • Enter any discount coupon code if applicable
  • Check the final price {COD/Shipping charges}. Select one of the payment options (COD, Card payment)
  • Fill in your payment details and your order is placed!
  • You will receive your order confirmation on your registered email ID & Mobile no. If you haven’t received it, be sure to check your spam.

Do you take orders over phone?
No, we do take orders over phone but we can assist you for placing the order via website.

How will I know if an order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email & sms. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

How do i returns, exchange the completed order & How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Yes exchanges are allowed but only for Manufacturing defected products, unless it is damaged in transit or the design is not what you have ordered and you have to inform us about the this within 2 days from the date of product is received by you. If we have to issue a refund then it will be in your virtual account & you can buy any other product of same price in next 3 months from us . For more details kindly contact us.

Can I cancel my order that I purchased?
Yes, If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with our team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched then we can try to cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?

  •  We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, American Express, Net Banking, PayPal, eZeClick, Diners Club International, JCB Cards.
  • We also accept payment via “Cash on Delivery” at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.

What should I do if my payment fails & amount is debited?

  • We unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. So request you to follow the below process.
  •  In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: 
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days (Time taken can vary from bank to bank).

How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship products within 2 business days after order is booked on our website & it usually reaches your address with 3 to 5 business days & for more details kindly refer our Shipping & Delivery section

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do ship internationally & use well known known courier partners for it, flat shipping charge of INR 1500/- will be applicable.
